Program Requirements – Your home will receive the distinction of being designated a “California Healthy Homes™” once it has undergone the following pre-listing procedures. The cost associated with the procedures will be paid by Bill Menkhus and Carol Vaiana-Menkhus, licensees for “California Healthy Homes.” The six major procedures are…

  • Environmental Inspection
  • EDR California Disclosure Report
  • EDR Neighborhood Environmental Report
  • Home Inspection
  • Termite Inspection
  • Residential Appraisal 

Each participating property must undergo all six pre-listing inspections. As part of our partnership, all scheduled items must be remediated by owner prior to public offering. All reports and remediation documents will be incorporated into the seller’s property disclosure statement.
